Professional Indemnity

It covers legal liability arising out of any neglect, error or omission in the course of business, and protects against lawsuits and claims. Additional cover can be purchased to insure against libel and slander claims, the costs of replacing or restoring documents, claims arising from liability for dishonesty of, or fraudulent acts or omission by employees, and extension of cover for partners, directors or principals who have resigned or retired.
