Claim Procedure

Property Insurance

If you need to file a Property Insurance claim:

1. Please notify your agent, broker or us immediately.
2. Provide us with the Completed Claim Form with respective documents:
1. For Property Loss: Original invoice or relevant document in support of value of missing items, police statement / loss report
2. For Property Damage: Photos and repair quotations of the damaged items

Please Note:

• In the event of theft, vandalism or malicious act, report to the police immediately within 24 hours.
• Don't forget to keep any damaged items in case an on-site survey is needed from us. Nonetheless, dispose of any items that may be hazardous. If necessary, you can arrange for emergency repairs to your property.
