JourneyGuard - Travel Insurance
If you need to file a Travel Insurance claim:
- Please have either you, your family or friends notify your agent, broker or our emergency hotline directly at (852) 2851 2666 immediately in case of serious injury.
- Provide us with the Completed Claim Form with respective documents:
- For Medical Expenses: Original medical receipt
- For Cancellation & Curtailment: Carrier report, medical report and ticket
- For Flight Delay: Air ticket, boarding pass & carrier report
- For Baggage: Police report, original receipt and photo of damaged items
- For Emergency Purchase: Air ticket, boarding pass, carrier report and receipt for purchase
Please Note:
- It is important to know that most hospitals overseas require a minimum guarantee deposit from a patient. RSA can provide the earliest possible guarantee service, as soon as we receive confirmation from the hospital that the sickness is not a pre-existing condition. (Plan 1 of JourneyGuard offers a maximum of HK$300,000, Plan 2 HK$500,000).
- When you are travelling, bring along your Travel Assistance Service Card. The card provides important information, including our 24-hour emergency hotline and policy number.
