If you need to file a Home Buildings Insurance claim:

  1. Please notify your agent, broker or us immediately.
  2. Provide us with the Completed Claim Form with respective documents:
    1. For Building: Brief evaluation of the loss, photos
    2. For Alternative Accommodation: Seeking insurer's approval first. Original receipt and a copy of rental agreement
    3. For Permanent Total Disablement: Original medical report and consent letter
