Claim Procedure

GolfGuard - Golf Insurance

If you need to file a Golf Insurance claim:

1. Please notify your agent, broker or us immediately.
2. Provide us with the Completed Claim Form with respective documents:
1. For Personal Accident: Medical report and witness statement
2. For Loss of Damage to Golfing Equipment/Personal Effects: Photos of damaged items and original invoice/repair estimate/ loss report
3. For Hole in One: Certificate from recognised Golf Club

• DO NOT admit liability to any accident or enter into any settlement agreement without our prior consent
