She maintained a high level of service in handling quotations and enquiries, showing a strong willingness to go extra mile in her underwriting role. Her positive attitude, brilliant service and determination in getting the job done were specially appreciated.

Team of the Year 2010: Customer Service Team

Excellent Customer Service (CS) is crucial to our business. While we expected to meet higher demands from customers both in terms of service quality and efficiency, over the past year the CS Team took up the challenge in a positive manner and ably handled customer requests under considerable work pressure. Even so, the team has always been a keen supporter of company and corporate responsibility activities. Their teamwork, positive attitude and commitment in getting the job done won them the well-deserved Team of the Year Award for 2010.
