Team of the Year 2010: Customer Service Team

Excellent Customer Service (CS) is crucial to our business. While we expected to meet higher demands from customers both in terms of service quality and efficiency, over the past year the CS Team took up the challenge in a positive manner and ably handled customer requests under considerable work pressure. Even so, the team has always been a keen supporter of company and corporate responsibility activities.
