Employee of the Year 2009: Angela Chan

RSA recognises employees for outstanding performance. In the year of 2009, Angela of the Claims Team made extra efforts in handling Construction Employees' Compensation cases and contributing to the reserves review for the team. She was willing to take up additional responsibilities and worked closely with the regional office and team heads to carry out in-depth claims studies and analyses.
Angela's commitment in delivering brilliant service, being positive and getting the job done won her the coveted honor of Employee of the Year.

Team of the Year 2009: Office Renovation Project Team

Bringing the benefits of enhanced communications and higher efficiency, the Project Team completed the renovation of RSA office in less than two months. The Team worked extra hours during weekends to get the job done, without causing interruption to normal operations. They catered for the needs of individual departments by tailoring the relocation schedule. It's all teamwork that made the project a success and helped the company save the rental costs by 20%.
